The building is very clean. Nice units. This was my first time renting a climate controlled storage unit and whereas I have seen ones before, I was a bit surprised by the set-up to get into it as you drive your car into an inside parking area and take the elevator up. Once I figured it out, I have to say I found it very convenient. I had a few hiccups though. I reserved the unit through sparefoot.com and didn’t want to move in for a few weeks which I stated when I wanted to move into it. My reservation started immediately and my money was already taken out of my account. The first guy from the office that called me regarding the paperwork and key was very nice. The first time I stopped in the office and was having issues with figuring out their set-up, the girl I encountered wasn’t so nice. I didn’t realize there was a link in the email they sent that had a map of the upper floor. I tried to figure it out on my own before I discovered the map and it was kind of complicated as my unit number was in the higher range and they were not in order. I would advise anyone to find the map link before going.

Moved my furniture from previous storage facility due to high rent hike. Was so pleased to find CubeSmart. It’s a bit farther away, but well worth the extra couple miles. There was some confusion checking in (half of it was my fault). Kelly, the store manager, had been called away to another facility so there was no one there, but Cathy, the customer service rep at the main office, talked me thru the easy online check-in process. Once checked in, I was pleased to see how clean the building and my unit was. Kelly called me the next day to apologize for her absence. Super nice lady. All-in-all, I’d definitely recommend this CubeSmart location.

Kelly was wonderful and very informative. The storage facility is really nice. The drive-in area with carts and an elevator were very convenient. I highly recommend this location.

Great facility—the indoor dock works very well. Also a great variety of inside and outside spaces.
