Dylan was extremely helpful. The unit has easy access, a lock was provided, it was clean (apart from a slight odor of crabs,which has now gone), and overall I'm very happy.

Initially had problems with registering after payment. Spoke with Carol who was adamant that l had not paid anything even though the payment was deducted from my bank account. Thanks to Dylan l completed the process!
